The Total Plan

Here we have included the landscape plans which gives you a complete view of the entire property. Hamish and Mark from Moorhead and Newdick have completed this exciting plan including a pool and Pizza Oven. Clearly these will be added when finds permit......

The Plans

Here is the layout of the new building, as you will see there is a large living space that measures 17m x 10m and we have retained having 3 bedrooms. The design will let us add on additional rooms if we wish in the future.

The First Post

Well here is the first post, it as been a long road but here we are finally, starting the renovations on Parsons Road, Kaikoura.
We purchased the house and 7 acres some years ago and call Kaikoura "home".

We always saw that we would renovate, the location is great and knew that we could create something quite amazing to waste away the hours looking up at the mountains and out to sea.
